The 2008 Tides 14U team celebrates winning the "2nd
Annual Winning Pitcher's Memorial Day Tourney" held at Adams Field in
Holliston, MA. The 14U team is off to an excellent start this season, as the
team just won the bronze medal in the New England Finals this past weekend.
The squad will next try and repeat as champions of the Connecticut
Invitational, held in Hamden, this 4th of July weekend.

Mike Giard, director and head coach of the
RI Rays 10U team
will be rejoining the Tides, as he has agreed to take over the Tides 11U
program in 2009, and help guide in the development of the Tides 10U
program as well next season.
The Tides Kyle Morvan, Smithfield HS, dominated in a 3
to 1 victory over Team Massachusetts, as the 14U Tides
won the 2nd
Annual Winning Pitcher's Memorial Day Tourney" held at Adams Field,
